What we collect and why
When you send a quote request, we store the details you enter in the form (products, quantities, conditions, company, name, email, phone, country, message). We use them only to answer your request.
How long we keep it
Form records are deleted from our database after 90 days. Email notifications sent to Demir Valf and to Liman Studio remain in those inboxes under their own retention.
Spam protection
To block automated spam, a keyed hash of your IP address is kept for at most one hour. The raw IP address is never stored. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no cookies.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
Who is responsible
On this sample site, the data controller is Liman Studio (the individual working brand of Yarkın Yörük). Requests sent through the form reach [email protected]. Write to this address with any questions.
